Brandon Herrera: The AK Guy, Texan 4 Congress, Constitutionalist, Entrepreneur

A PURE CONSTITUTIONALIST THAT BELIEVES IN GOD-GIVEN NATURAL RIGHTS WHICH ARE PROTECTED BY THE CONSTITUTION, NOT GRANTED BY GOVERNMENT.

Brandon Herrera born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina with both parents being from military families. He attended Campbell University with a focus on Pre-Law before leaving to focus on starting a small business in firearm manufacturing. Using a lifelong passion for firearms, he was able to build his business as well as a large social media following. Accumulating over half a billion views using entertainment to promote firearm safety and 2nd amendment advocacy, he has become a leader in the industry.

After increased frustration over government overreach during the COVID lockdowns of 2020, Brandon came back to his roots and moved to Texas for good, bringing his businesses and employees along with him. He works with pro-freedom groups both in the Second Amendment community and otherwise, including notable partners such as the National Association for Gun Rights, the Firearm Policy Coalition, Gun Owners of America, and Young Americans for Liberty.

CONSTITUTIONALIST

As a Constitutionalist, Brandon firmly upholds and advocates for the principles and tenets outlined within our constitution, emphasizing the importance of limited government power, while protecting state and individual rights. Viewing the constitution as a vital framework that guides our nation’s governance and safeguards the rights of America’s citizens, Brandon believes that the constitution outlines and protects rights we already have, but doesn’t seek to prescribe them.

BUSINESS OWNER

As sole owner of The AKGuy, Inc and sharing ownership of various other industry companies, Brandon has demonstrated his ability to understand critical developmental and organizational concepts as well as the ability to put those concepts into practice. While creating his YouTube channel, he has also built a thriving manufacturing outfit in San Antonio, where he and his employees build, fix and invent new methods of creation in the firearms industry.

2ND AMENDMENT ACTIVIST

A staunch advocate for the 2nd Amendment to our constitution, Brandon firmly believes that this particular amendment is of the utmost importance to protect. Our founding fathers saw the necessity in safeguarding our natural-born right to defend ourselves and placed it in such high regard that it came second only to the protection of our right to speak our minds. Brandon has spent years speaking on this issue and defending that which our predecessors sought to protect.
